Pet Policy
Horizon at Hillcrest Apartments is a pet-friendly community where we welcome cats and dogs. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per residence. Pet rent is $35 per pet per month and there is a one-time pet fee of $300 per pet. Certain breeds and mixes of breeds are prohibited, including: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Great Danes, St Bernards, and Akitas. There is a 90 lb weight limit for dogs. Please reach out to our leasing team for questions about pets other than cats and dogs.
